Return Policy
In General we are happy to help if a problem ever arises. Understand that I personally clean and test any consoles that I bring it. In most cases a console can be shown working before you leave my store with it. Video games are a different story, as I do not always have the system to play a specific game. However; disk games generally work as long as they are not scratched up. Cartridge based games normally work and it is very rare to get a bad chip that will not play. A common fix for cartridge games that do not work is a q-tip and rubbing alcohol to clean the contacts of the game. In any event, if you do have a problem with a game not working just bring it back into me and I will repair it or replace it for you. Consoles can be returned within a week or two as long as it is not something caused by the buyer after the point of sale. You will need to contact me and talk to me about it first.
